Use our gorgeous bathtub for intimate shots or set up the full kitchen for shooting the creation of your latest recipe! With these options and so much more, we’ve curated a clean, organized studio space that offers everything a professional needs to be creative and inspired, while staying efficient and focused.
Versatile & Flexible
To help you make the most of your time and budget, we rent each space by the hour, with an extra, free 15 minutes built in at the end for clean up.
Book each room individually, or combine them for a discount and maximize your time and privacy.
Studio spaces are available 24/7 and members get full access with remote, keyless entry for ultimate efficiency. And the best part is that membership is free!

Located on Main Street in Wayland, Michigan, just 20 minutes south of Grand Rapids, MI Studio Space gives professional photographers and creatives amazing studio workspace in a quiet, quaint, convenient setting.
While we may be a bit off the beaten path with a small town exterior, the studio space itself includes upscale sets, props and décor as well as laid back, casual pieces that deliver versatility to create amazing photos and videos with just the right the look and feel.
And historic, downtown Wayland is full of incredible, vintage exteriors, green spaces, cute shops and cafes and incredible locations to take your shoot outdoors too!

Emina Delic
Hello there, I’m Emina, but you can call me Mina!
I’m the ever-enthusiastic, camera-wielding force behind MI Studio Space and Mina’s Photo. I’m a whirlwind of creativity and passion. I laugh a lot and talk too much, and do my best to make sure there is never a dull moment in life. I live for new experiences, and will try everything at least twice to make sure I like it 🙂 But wait, there’s more to me than just my camera and studio. I’m a proud mom to two incredible little girls and share my life with Ernie, my partner in crime and best friend. They are my constant inspiration and the joy in my every day.
Since launching this incredible journey, my world has expanded from capturing stunning, soulful photographs to creating a sanctuary for fellow photographers at MI Studio Space.
Obsessed with the details? That’s me! Every corner of MI Studio Space is infused with my heart and soul. I meticulously curate the studio, ensuring every piece of furniture and décor sparks creativity.
