Please read these terms and services carefully before attending any events or workshops.
By attending an event, workshop or other gathering at MI Studio, you agree to follow all rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

For Ticket Purchasing Models/ Photographers / Creatives for workshops/events held at MI Studio Space.
No sexual conduct/ pornographic content shall be photographed or recorded at MI STUIO SPACE. Creators will work within artistic freedom and expression within these sessions/events/workshops. Any content created at MI Studio Space can can be seen as Obscene will not be allowed. However, Owner of MI Studio Space, LLC reserves, in her sole discretion, to determine the definition of pornographic material and will not condone the recording of photograph/ video or such material. Owner is mostly okay with implied material but NEVER a sexual act. Any attempt to force or harass any event goers to photograph scenes despite refusal shall result in the ending of said event without any refund or any final images/ product delivered regardless of the time length of the session to that point or purchased tickets.
752.364 “Sexual conduct” defined.
Sec. 4.
(1) “Sexual conduct” means 1 or more of the following:
(a) Representations or descriptions of ultimate sexual acts, normal or perverted, actual or simulated.
(b) Representations or descriptions of masturbation, excretory functions, or a lewd exhibition of the genitals.
(2) “Simulated” means the explicit depiction or description of any of the types of conduct set forth in the definition of sexual conduct under subsection (1), which creates the appearance of such conduct.
(3) “Ultimate sexual acts” means sexual intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, anal intercourse, or any other intrusion, however slight, of any part of a person’s body or of any object into the genital or anal openings of another person’s body, or depictions or descriptions of sexual bestiality, sadomasochism, masturbation, or excretory functions.
752.362 Definitions; C to O.
(5) “Obscene” means any material that meets all of the following criteria:
(a) The average individual, applying contemporary community standards, would find the material, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest.
(b) The reasonable person would find the material, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.
(c) The material depicts or describes sexual conduct in a patently offensive way.
Any attempt to harass, solicit, or compel photographer/model/creative or others attending events sexually shall result in the ending of said session/event/workshop without any refund or any final image/s product delivered regardless of the time length of the session/event/workshop and will be told to leave.
Event Participation
At MI Studio Space, LLC, we’re excited to host and collaborate on a variety of events designed for our vibrant community. While we put our heart and soul into each event, it’s important to remember that the magic of creativity can be unpredictable!
Event Accountability: We strive to ensure that each event aligns with its description. However, remember that in the world of art and photography, surprises are part of the journey!
No Guarantee on Outcomes: We’re all about providing a platform for learning, networking, and creative exploration. But as much as we’d love to, we can’t guarantee the specific outcomes of any event. Think of it as an adventure – you never know what amazing shots or ideas you’ll come away with!

Collaboration Etiquette
Photographers/ Videographers/ Artists/ Vendors/ Content creators or other persons are not required to share any photos/videos/ content or visuals with others. Especially photographers that paid to participate in events/workshops/or content creating session but are strongly encouraged to share any images that are/or will be used for promotion or display of any kind. These events are made for collaboration and are NOT people to sell your content to. It is strongly discouraged to sell content to other event goes that attend various content creator events or workshops. Apply to host or run your own event to set your own terms and make money on content creation. Not your jam to share? Thats okay… come to the event if you would like to network. However, Don’t shoot. Anyone thats reported for violating these guidelines, especially when using predatory sales tactics will be banned from future events.
Model understands and agrees that ALL images produced from this session/workshop/event can be shared freely on any platforms by all creators. The studio will specify if any events listed on our website are featured photographer events. This is where models have a buy-in and featured photographer creates content/ photos / videos or any visuals that could be purchased after the event. The event description will address who the photographer is and what they will be creating during the event and what will be available for purchase after the event. This information will be provided in the event description AND before the registration process. Models agree that they will not edit/change or alter files/photos that any photographers share with model. Everyone will follow all laws in regards to intellectual property rights. Be sure to find out intellectual property owner sharing/tagging and distribution preferences before any content is used.
All creatives involved in event/workshop/session when intellectual property is used, agree to credit each creative involved per creators preference. Use aliases or business information when applicable.

Proof Of Age
For any events that state Boudoir or any form of nudity or adult content a Photo ID will be required with ticket purchase. Be sure to bring your ID to the event as well. With a purchase of a ticket to an event that is for adults only, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age AND graduated/ are not of High School Grade Age.
A copy of Driver’s License, State ID or other proof of age identification is required.
Indemnification
Event Attendees hereby agrees to hold harmless and defendant and indemnify Studio from any damage caused to the property or persons that are assigns, invitees, agents, clients, customers, vendors, employees, or have a relationship to Renter of any kind that are with Renter during Renters studio time. Upon expiration of the booking time, Renter has no legal right to use or occupy the space and Renter and their assigns, invitees, agents, clients, customers, vendors, employees, or persons who have a relationship to Renter of any kind shall be considered as trespassing. Should any legal action occur based on injury or damage to Renter or their assigns, invitees, agents, clients, customers, vendors, employees, or persons who have a relationship to Renter of any kind, Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Studio from any losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses of every kind as incurred as a result of Renter’s use of the Studio. Renter also agrees that they will carry liability insurance for themselves or their business to provide and assist with the coverage in this section.
Waiver of Liability
Use of Studio space and any accompanying parking or amenities and equipment is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, their assigns, invitees, agents, clients, customers, vendors, employees, or persons who have a relationship to Renter of any kind or their respective possessions while using the Studio or any amenities. Studio recommends that renter carries own liability insurance.
Act of God
Michigan Studio Space, LLC is not liable for acts out of its control that affects the event attendees ability to use the space, such as building equipment failures, power outages, severe weather, emergencies, or other “Acts of God”. In such cases, Michigan Studio Space, LLC will offer a reschedule, if a reschedule is not available the studio could offer a full refund for the date/time reserved during the incident. This will be evaluated per incident. A REFUND IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Severability
The invalidity or un-enforceability of any particular provision of this contract shall not affect the other provisions, and this contract shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions were omitted.
Entire Agreement
This constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and may not be amended or modified without written agreement of the parties.
