The XoXo Boudoir Room at MI Studio Space offers glamorous, intriguing sets with a deep, soft color palette for photographers, videographers and creatives who long for alluring options to create limitless content in one amazing studio.
With incredible natural lighting and plenty of space to bring in your own gear, our professional boudoir studio features rich colors and soft textures with delightful props and backdrops to create unique photos, videos and content.
Move the furniture around easily, including the bed, place any of our carefully-selected props anywhere you’d like, and make some magic!
Plus, the room features a foliage wall, pull-down multi-color paper backdrops, a gold frame corner, red velvet curtain and some uniquely amazing seating options. We’re constantly updating pieces to keep the space fresh and up-to-date!

No matter your style or desires, the boudoir studio delivers! From soft, plush velvet to leather and lace, glossy reflections to matte finishes, the XoXo Room is a study in contrast that makes your photos come to life like never before.
Bring out your client’s inner temptress on a red velvet chaise lounge or showcase some boss power on leather. Spice up a lazy Sunday against a neon sign or embrace the flower child with foliage. Add a gorgeous screen to frame a reflection or mask a glance of skin draped with lace.
All of our props have been curated by professional photographers to help you get inspired and make magic of your own! We’re always adding new elements, clearing out the old and ensuring that everything clean, well-maintained and easy to move around.
You’re free to move any prop anywhere in the studio and use them all at your whim.

We go to great lengths to ensure the XoXo Room is flawless for photographers, videographers and content creators.
From corner to corner, bedspread to backdrops and everything in between, the studio is meticulously, exhaustively cleaned and maintained so that you and your clients are comfortable any day of the week.
We invite you to use our furniture, decor and props anyway you choose, moving them around to get the perfect shot (or several of them). (we just ask that make everyone’s life easier and return them where you found them when you’re done)

- Review and sign our rental agreement
