Vendor Application & Consent Agreement

By signing this agreement, Vendor confirms they are 18 years of age or older and acknowledges that their services and/or work product (including hair, makeup, wardrobe styling, florals, décor, sets, and behind-the-scenes content) may be photographed and/or recorded during studio projects. Vendor grants permission for the Photographer/Host to use images and video that visibly feature Vendor’s work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, at the Photographer/Host’s discretion, without additional restrictions or approvals, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor understands that some projects may include boudoir, lingerie, implied nude, or artistic nude content; by participating, Vendor agrees to communicate any personal boundaries or on-set content restrictions to the Host/Photographer before the session begins. Vendor further confirms they will not provide services to any minor for boudoir/nude sessions and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and studio policies.

Image Sharing
Vendor understands and agrees that all images and video created during this session/workshop/event may be shared and published by participating creators on any platform, including for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

Vendor Responsibilities + Payment
Vendors are expected to arrive on time and provide the agreed-upon services as discussed for the event. Studio may withhold payment until services are fully performed. If Vendor fails to meet the agreed requirements (including timeliness, preparedness, or completion of services), Vendor may forfeit payment and may be ineligible for future opportunities with the Studio.

Editing + Intellectual Property (Workshops/Events at MI Studio Space)
Vendors agree they will not edit, alter, retouch, or apply filters to any photo/video files provided by photographers or creators unless explicit written permission is granted by the content owner. All participants agree to respect intellectual property rights and follow all applicable laws and studio standards regarding conduct. Before using or reposting any content, Vendor will confirm the content owner’s sharing preferences (including tagging/crediting requirements and any alias requests). When content is shared, all participating creatives will be credited in accordance with each creator’s stated preference.
